Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure reliable and secure operations.
• Manage network performance, capacity planning, and system optimization.
• Implement and enforce network security controls and compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Support daily operations, including toll, traffic, and surveillance systems.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain network documentation (diagrams, configurations, procedures).
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver effective network solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Diploma with relevant experience will be considered).
• Experience in network administration, security, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP).
