We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are interested to build their career in accounting and finance. You will support daily accounting operations, monthly reporting, payment matters, audit support, and finance-related tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to learn project-based accounting, including project costing, budget tracking, and cost allocation.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the overall accounts function, including:

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation

• Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and management reports

• Assist in cash flow monitoring, payment processing, and bank-related matters

• Support the preparation of project cost summaries and tracking of project-related expenses

• Assist in project budget monitoring and proper cost allocation

• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with accounting policies

• Support tax, audit, SST, e-Invoicing, and statutory compliance matters

• Liaise with internal teams, auditors, tax agents, or external parties when required

• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for someone with:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• 1 year of accounting experience or internship experience will be an added advantage

• Basic knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation

• Willing to learn and explore project-based accounting

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software

• Knowledge of SAP, SST, and e-Invoicing will be an added advantage

• Basic understanding of Malaysian tax compliance will be an advantage

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

• Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work with guidance

• Good communication skills and positive working attitude
