Customer Service Representative (Basic Salary + Allowances + KPI Incentive)

Work Location: USJ 1, Subang Jaya

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chat on customer enquiries in English and Mandarin.
• Advise customers based on the enquiries.
• Escalate any shipments that is requested by customer.
• Capable to articulate issues / requests that are brought up by the customers.
• Ad-hoc tasks as advised by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM in any studies.
• Possess a minimum of 1 years working experiences in the related field.
• Familiar with CRM system & MS Office
• Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Typing speed 50 WPM and above
• Fluent in Mandarin & English is a plus!
• Able to work on rotational shifts

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
