About Nadi Intelek (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Nadi Intelek (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a growing Early Intervention and Autism Therapy Centre established in 2015, specialising in intervention services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs.

As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, responsible and dedicated professionals to join our multidisciplinary therapy team. We welcome candidates from various relevant backgrounds who are interested in developing their career in early intervention, autism therapy, child development and special education.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position Behavioral Therapist – Psychology

The successful candidates will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide structured, individualised and evidence-based intervention programmes for children with autism and other developmental needs.

Our therapy model primarily focuses on one-to-one intervention sessions, with opportunities to conduct structured group sessions to support children's communication, social interaction, learning, motor skills, independence and overall development.

Job Description

Depending on the position and professional background, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting one-to-one intervention and therapy sessions based on each child's individualised treatment or intervention plan.
  • Implementing structured intervention programmes for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs.
  • Supporting children's development in areas such as communication, social skills, behaviour, emotional regulation, learning, motor skills, self-help and independence.
  • Observing and monitoring children's progress throughout intervention sessions.
  • Recording daily session information, observations and progress accurately through the company's digital reporting system.
  • Preparing and maintaining appropriate intervention materials and activities.
  • Working collaboratively with Behavioral Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Special Education professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Communicating professionally with supervisors and relevant team members regarding children's progress, challenges and intervention needs.
  • Participating in individual and group intervention programmes where required.
  • Maintaining a safe, structured, positive and child-friendly therapeutic environment.
  • Attending training, supervision, case discussions and professional development activities.
  • Following the centre's SOPs, clinical guidelines, documentation requirements and professional standards.
  • Performing other duties related to intervention and centre operations as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
