Our Company is Electrical Switch Board Panel factory.

What you'll be doing :

• Answer questions about products or services

• Resolve issues and provide solutions

• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams

• Weekly update report to customer

• Computer knowledge, excel, word and other

• Check and reply email

• Received part from customer issue

• Electrical Panel knowledge (Parts & Drawing)

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year or more of experience in Customer Service in electric switch box / MCC panel.

• Knowlage for GA drawing and circuir diagram

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work

• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
