• Perform installation, testing, servicing and repair of home appliances at customers' premises and service centres
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical faults using appropriate testing equipment such as multimeters
• Repair defective appliances and replace faulty components, parts, wiring and electronic components where required
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspection to ensure appliances operate safely and efficiently
• Handle service calls and attend scheduled customer appointments within the assigned service area
• Explain product operation, basic maintenance and proper usage to customers after installation or repair
• Provide professional customer service and address customers' technical enquiries or concerns

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
