Project planning and delivery
- Plan and manage one or more software projects end to end, covering scope, milestones, release plans, resources, dependencies, risks, and budget where applicable.
- Working with business quality analysts, technical leads, and project teams leads to turning requirements into clear, actionable tasks with owners, estimates, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, stand-ups, release planning, checkpoints, reviews, and retrospectives when appropriate.
- Track progress and delivery health in ClickUp, keeping project information accurate and up to date.
- Identify issues and risks early, assess their impact, recommend next actions, and escalate promptly when decisions are needed.
- Manage changes to scope, timeline, and priorities through clear impact assessment, agreement, and documentation.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, deployment communication, and post-release follow-up.
- Maintain essential project documentation, decisions, approvals, and status records throughout the project lifecycle.
Client and stakeholder management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Set clear expectations on scope, timeline, dependencies, responsibilities, and required decisions.
- Provide concise, regular status updates covering progress, risks, blockers, decisions required, and next steps.
- Ensure feedback, approvals, and outstanding actions are followed up and closed on time.
- Handle difficult conversations and scope discussions professionally while protecting project outcomes and client relationships.
Cross-functional leadership
- Align developers, designers, business quality analysts, and infrastructure teams around the same priorities and delivery goals.
- Build a working culture of ownership, accountability, and open communication.
- Resolve coordination gaps, unclear ownership, and competing priorities before they affect delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes, templates, and ways of working.
