Qualifications & experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating product listings in the e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing and inventory level.

• Assist with the processing of online orders, including order tracking, customer communication, and coordinating with the warehouse team.

• Provide assistance to the customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Support TikTok Shop operations, including creative content planning, video production, and daily shop performance monitoring.

• Support DTC operation (via Shopify/Shopline), including daily operation such as store operation, growth operation, analysis data, content management and etc.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and efficient e-commerce operation
