Responsible for design and development of Body Electronics system and parts
Responsible for delivering the products within the targeted Time, Quality, Cost, and Scopes
Ensure market competitiveness of the products and in-term of Technology, Features & Function
Responsible for design and development of HVAC & Electromechanical system and parts such as HVAC System and surround parts example HVAC Unit, AC Sensors, Climate Control Unit, AC Piping and Hose, Wiper, Washer, Washer Hose, Horn and parts under those system for AMA Platform projects.
To prepare all engineering documents related to the integration work of design and development for all HVAC & Electromechanical system such as ESOW, Drawing, 3D Data, DVP&R, technical specifications, other documentation and to release related data and documents in SPINE system.
To work with other departments such as Procurement, Testing & Development, SQE, Manufacturing, After Sales and other Departments, in order that design development, verification & robustness is carried out starting from the design planning stage including lessons learnt and to design with focus on durability & reliability based on the agreed specifications.
To attend to urgent issues related to HVAC & Electromechanical system and development and to manage troubleshooting by referring to design specification, regulation or engineering drawings.
To lead or support design discussions/technical meeting/design review/test simulation/testing and joint check & fitting trials at cubic jig, vendor & production.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic field.
Good knowledge of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronic systems.
Good knowledge of HVAC and Electromechanical systems.
Good Electrical & Electronics knowledge and technical know-how.
Knowledge in using CAN tools such as Vector CANcase and CANoe.
Knowledge in using multimeter and oscilloscope.
Good knowledge and experience in engineering specifications, market conditions, customer requirements and regulations.
Knowledge of Automotive Development Process and New Product Introduction Process (NPDS).
