Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the electric motor or manufacturing industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automated or manual assembly lines.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, quality control tools, and safety standards.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist superiors in daily assembly line activities and actively participate in designated
  
  
  

operational meetings.

• Maintain high standards of discipline, work ethics, and adherence to workplace safety
  
  
  

practices (EHS).

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot production machinery efficiently to
  
  
  

minimize operational downtime.

• Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues during production and maintenance
  
  
  

operations.

• Monitor, update, and manage critical spare parts inventory to ensure continuous
  
  
  

operations.

• Oversee daily production quality control by completing and verifying process check
  
  
  

sheets, condition check sheets, and One-Point Lessons (OPLs).

• Ensure assembly output adheres strictly to quality standards and specifications.
