Your Mission

Help our clients succeed by connecting their business needs with TDG's internal capabilities.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will build client relationships, coordinate campaigns, manage expectations and ensure projects are delivered smoothly from briefing to completion. You will also support client retention and identify opportunities to grow the account.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives and campaign needs.
• Coordinate campaigns, timelines, approvals, deliverables and follow-ups across internal teams.
• Monitor SLA, project progress, outstanding tasks and potential delivery risks.
• Proactively resolve issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Provide timely campaign updates and manage client expectations.
• Review campaign results and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support post-campaign reviews, reporting and recommendations.
• Identify additional client needs and potential cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
• Support proposals, client retention and assigned account growth targets.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Relevant experience in client servicing, campaign management, CRM, digital marketing or related fields is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, timelines and priorities effectively.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership and solve problems.
• Comfortable working with campaign reports, performance data and SLA.
• Commercially aware with an interest in client retention and account growth.
• Experience or interest in CRM, loyalty, customer engagement or MarTech is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
