About the role

We are seeking a General Worker to perform physical work and daily operations at the site. Suitable candidates must be prepared to perform manual work such as loading and unloading materials, segregating recyclable materials, moving materials and assisting in material handling operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical and manual work in the operations area

• Load and unload recyclable materials safely

• Lift, carry and move materials according to supervisor's instructions

• Help arrange and organize materials in designated areas

• Ensure materials are handled safely and orderly

• Segregate recyclable materials according to type and category

• Arrange materials neatly in the operations area

• Identify and report unsuitable or suspicious materials to the supervisor

• Operate forklift to move and manage materials safely

• Ensure work area is always clean, safe and organized

About you

• Malaysian citizen only

• Physically fit and able to perform physical work

• Willing to perform manual work including lifting, loading, unloading, segregating and moving materials

• Forklift operation experience is an advantage

• Hardworking, responsible and punctual

• Able to work in a team and follow supervisor's instructions

• Own transportation to the workplace at Volvo, Shah Alam

• Experience in warehouse work, recycling, material handling or factory operations is an advantage
