Application Support - IT
(Selangor - Pulau Indah)

Sitting within the IT team, is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. Candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge, and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT Technical support to internal users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Set up and configure new computers and IT equipment for new and existing users.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, email accounts and required applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, email, printer, network and system-related issues.
• Perform computer formatting, system reinstallation and user device replacement when required.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT security equipments.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to resolve issue when required.
• Support other IT related projects and tasks assigned by the IT department.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT or any related field.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
• Experience in System Support
• Strong analytical skill.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Conversant in written and verbal English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
• Exposure in Logistics industry will be an added advantage
