Job Summary

Join our team for a hands-on internship supporting regional and global PR campaigns. You will assist with writing, research, media outreach, and event support, gaining practical experience in public relations.

Responsibilities

Compile daily and weekly media monitoring reports and summarize media coverage accurately

Take clear and concise meeting notes and distribute follow-up actions to the team

Update media contact lists and assist with pitching stories via email and phone to media outlets

Support event and press conference planning, including providing on-site assistance as needed

Draft and format basic PR materials such as factsheets, briefing notes, and internal summaries under guidance

Generate fresh ideas, support ad-hoc tasks, and take ownership of small projects to contribute to team goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s program in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or related fields

Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
