Role Description:

We’re Hiring! Join GIIB Rubber Compound Sdn Bhd as our next Sales [Manager / Executive]!

Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the manufacturing or polymer/rubber industry? Do you thrive on driving business growth and building long-term B2B partnerships?

We are expanding our team at GIIB Rubber Compound Sdn Bhd and looking for a dynamic Sales [Manager / Executive] to lead our market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and secure new accounts within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and understand customer technical requirements regarding rubber compounds.
• Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure product alignment with client needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales pipelines to achieve targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven B2B sales experience, specifically within manufacturing, polymer, rubber compounding, or related heavy industries.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
