Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary (e.g replace light bulbs, locks, lighting points/switches, paint touch-up, water heater, carpentry etc)
• Keep proper records of service reports, work reports and item inventories.
• To provide efficient and effective technical to support the buildings maintenance work and maintaining general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas within required standards.
• To pre-plan monthly maintenance schedule for all centres.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures, e.g aircond cleaning/service etc.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance measures (e.g aircond, plumbing, electrical, etc).
• Work cooperatively with other units/departments of the organisation to ensure that the needs of maintenance issues are being addressed.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Qualification & Requirement

• Candidate must possess atleast SPM / any Professional Certificate/Diploma in related field.
• At least 3 years of working experiences.
• Committed and dedicated.
