Job Location: This position is based in Kerteh, Terengganu.

Job Scope:

• Assist in developing and organizing project management plans to support overall project objectives.
• Collect, track and analyze project data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance cost, schedule, quality and risk.
• Participate in risk identification and management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure completion within scope, budget and deadlines.
• Prepare cost estimates and plan resources required for project activities.
• Participate in procurement and contract management processes, including documentation and approval tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the final deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, internal departments and subcontractors to maintain effective communication.
• Contribute to team efforts to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.
• Participate in project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify improvements and lessons learned.
• Support the development and enhancement of work processes, tools and project management best practices.
• Maintain a neat and well-organized workspace.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong team player with good collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of analyzing problems systematically and proposing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills – able to present information clearly and confidently.
• Familiar with or willing to learn project management tools and software.
• Motivated, eager to learn and passionate about developing a career in project and team management.
• Willing to travel and work outstation across Peninsular Malaysia.
