Job Title: University Intern – Sales & Training

Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic University Intern to support our Sales team and assist in the preparation and rollout of our upcoming mobile application. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in identifying and engaging potential customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

App Training & Rollout

• Learn the features and functions of the upcoming application.
• Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and presentation slides.
• Support training sessions for customers, partners, and internal staff.
• Gather user feedback during training and report improvement suggestions.
• Assist with user onboarding and basic troubleshooting during the app launch.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and digital solutions.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and conducting presentations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Canva or presentation tools is an advantage.
