About the role

Immediate opportunity to join our team in an engineering position focused on product installation, technical support, and troubleshooting for vehicle-related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Study and installation for the product on vehicle as per customer request

• Prepare installation SOP, User Manual and other documents as per customer requirement

• Provide product installation training to external/internal parties

• Perform troubleshooting for vehicle related to the technical issues

• Provide technical support during development stage, testing phases, market complaints and other relevant

• Prepare all the technical report for the new products or product changes

• Assist for preparing the layout planning process flow, material flow, operation layout & standard work instruction

• Perform the technical support on the EV battery repair service (Diagnostic, repair, reporting, maintenance)

About you

• Professional certificate, Diploma, or Degree in engineering field

• Basic electronic/electrical knowledge

• Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years experience in related manufacturing field

• Good Interpersonal and communication skill

• Technical and troubleshooting skill
