Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, café, or food service operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage items.
