Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Klang. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and drive lead generation activities across target markets and industries. They will manage and grow client accounts, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable Oracle and Business Continuity solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, attending client meetings, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking performance against sales targets including assist in preparing tender proposal and tenders. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in business development, sales, lead generation or account management.
• Possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Possess solid Account Management and Business skills to nurture client relationships, understand organizational needs, and support long-term growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in technology, ICT, or enterprise software solutions, ideally within Oracle or related ecosystems, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and consulting teams, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Klang and travelling to engage with clients from both public and private sectors.
