• Assist the IT team in carrying out daily IT operational, administrative, and support activities.
• Provide first-level IT support to users under supervision, including basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Microsoft Office applications, email, and other system-related issues.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, meeting room devices, and other IT peripherals.
• Support IT asset management activities, including maintaining accurate asset inventory records, asset tagging and labelling, and conducting periodic physical asset verification.
• Maintain accurate records of IT asset movements, including equipment issuance, returns, transfers, replacements, and disposal.
• Assist in the organization and management of IT equipment, including spare devices, accessories, and designated IT storage areas, ensuring items are properly maintained and readily accessible.
• Provide support for IT systems and applications, including user access verification, issue logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and follow-up with relevant parties.
• Support Tenant Portal-related activities when required, including providing basic user assistance, tracking reported issues, conducting testing, and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating IT documentation, including forms, checklists, logs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of IT records, including asset registers, system support logs, user records, and other relevant IT documentation.
• Assist with basic IT security and compliance activities, including antivirus checks, software update verification, and ensuring the proper handling, protection, and security of IT equipment and information.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team members or external vendors for further investigation and resolution.
• Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, reported issues, and work progress to the supervisor and relevant IT team members.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
