About the Client

Our client is a well-established and award-winning company, based in Malaysia. In line with their expansion, they are seeking for a dynamic Executive Director for their projects in Central | Genting Region.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and set up the company's Central | Genting Region operations, overseeing Project, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Admin, and other functions.
• Lead the full property development cycle, from project planning, design and construction to completion.
• Manage project planning, design coordination, tendering, construction progress, quality, cost and budget control.
• Oversee consultants, contractors and project teams, including tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants and contractors, and lead regular project/site meetings.
• Provide market insights and strategic input for business and budget planning.
• Identify and evaluate potential development sites and land banks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess project viability, sales assumptions on potential projects incorporating business and company risk profile.
• Pre-empt management on legal and commercial matters related to land transactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in property development.
• Strong track record in construction quality and project delivery, with experience in CONQUAS, QLASSIC or similar standards.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills; while staying focused on the big picture and be able to conceptualize both problems and solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, drive decisions and lead change.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: RM30,000 - RM50,000
