• 1-2 years experience as Assistant Chef/Kitchen or Restaurant Supervisor
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and coordinate restaurant and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality, preparation, presentation, portion control, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are accurate and served on time.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Manage stock inventory, food cost, wastage, and daily operational needs.
• Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Support kitchen operations during peak hours based on previous Assistant Chef experience.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, kitchen organization, and maintaining kitchen efficiency.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily reports and overall restaurant operations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
