Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain / Production Planning is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Material Planning, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Inventory Control, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP, particularly in material management, inventory, production planning, or related modules.
- Experience in coordinating material requirements with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and Engineering teams.
Job responsiblities :
- Role Purpose: Ensure materials are available at the right quantity, quality, and time to support production schedules, while maintaining accurate SAP records and coordinating PPC activities.
- SAP Material Management- Maintain material status, stock movement, reservations, production orders, BOM-related material requirements, and transaction accuracy in SAP.
- Material Planning- Review material requirements against production plans and identify shortages before assembly starts.
- PPC Coordination-Translate monthly/weekly production plans into material readiness priorities and coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Store and Engineering.
- Material Shortage Control-Maintain shortage lists, follow up critical materials, escalate potential production stoppages, and track recovery dates.
- Production Order Monitoring, Monitor SAP production/work orders, material allocation, issuance and order completion/closure.
- BOM Verification-Check material availability against BOM and highlight discrepancies, missing parts or incorrect quantities.
- Inventory Control-Monitor excess, shortage, slow-moving and outstanding materials; support stock accuracy and cycle-count activities.
- Production Readiness- Confirm material readiness before panel assembly, including AIS, GIS, VCB, RMU and electrical assembly requirements.
- Schedule Monitoring-Track planned vs actual production progress and identify material-related delays affecting FAT or delivery.
- Reporting-Prepare daily/weekly dashboards covering material readiness, shortages, SAP status, WIP and production plan achievement.
Working hours : 8.00 am – 5.30 pm (Monday – Friday)
