Job Scope:

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved according to the production schedule.
• Assign operators and manpower effectively based on production requirements and priorities.
• Ensure Production Leader update the Epicor System accurately when each job starts and ends.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with:
• Factory Acceptance (FA) standards
• Local Authority (LA) requirements
• Standard Operating Procedures(SOP)
• 5S workplace organization practices
• Review production performance and coordinate corrective actions when issues arise.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality Control and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean and productive working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field (Manufacturing, Engineering,Technical or related disciplines are an advantage)
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and problem - solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP System (Epicor experience is an added advantage)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes,production planning,quality standards and 5S practices.
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
