Role Description

- Support patients undergoing IVF and fertility-related treatments by managing inquiries, appointments, and follow-up communication

- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries

- Schedule and coordinate IVF consultations and procedures - Assist with registration and billing queries

- Liaise with nursing and laboratory teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and patient management systems, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and record keeping.
• Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of science. Healthcare or IVF knowledge is an advantage.
