Manage and oversee pre-contract and post-contract activities, from tender stage through project completion and final account.
Review and manage tender documents, contractual terms, costing, commercial proposals and tender evaluations.
Monitor project cost, contractual compliance and commercial risks, and highlight key issues and recommendations to Management.
Work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, QS, Procurement and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead contract negotiations and resolve contractual and commercial matters with relevant parties.
Identify opportunities for cost control, value improvement, process improvement and digitalisation within contract management.
Lead, manage and coach subordinate staff, provide guidance on contractual and commercial matters, and support their professional development and performance.
Ensure the sub-team operates effectively and complies with the Company's policies, procedures and contract management standards
Requirements:
Must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Minimum 15 years working experience in property development industry or Consulting firms
Well versed with contracts administration, negotiation and management
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse contractual and financial implications and provide practical recommendations to Management.
Strong negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mature, proactive, reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
