Responsibilities:

• To generate sales from an assigned territory or business portfolio
• Responsible to manage customers and act as focal contact point to customers
• To provide regular updates and weekly reports to Management on action plan and key activities
• To be able to formulate and execute sales plan or strategy to achieve target set by Management
• Build a strong working relationship between customers and internal team members
• Actively work with internal team members to provide first class service to customers
• Continue to upsell or cross sell services to existing customers
• Identify and inform management on growth or new opportunities

Requirements / Qualifications:

• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience related to shipping, courier or logistics industry
• Strong industry knowledge and market trend awareness with a proven sales track record
• Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good computer proficiency in MS Office and able to deliver presentations tailored to client needs
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent

Expect to work closely with operations, account teams, and senior management to turn opportunities into repeatable revenue.
