Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Assistant to support daily factory and warehouse operations. The role requires hands-on forklift operation experience (3-4 ton required; 10-ton preferred), strong English reading and writing ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory updates and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse and factory activities including receiving, storing, staging, and dispatching goods.
• Operate 3-4 ton forklifts for loading, unloading, and internal material movement; experience operating 10-ton forklifts is highly advantageous.
• Maintain strict control of stock inventory, ensuring accuracy of physical quantity, quality checks, and documentation.
• Update inventory records using Microsoft Excel, including stock movements, adjustments, and periodic reports.
• Pack goods for delivery (shrink wrapping, boxing, palletizing, labelling) according to shipment requirements.
• Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts, reconcile variances, and ensure timely system updates.
• Maintain proper documentation for delivery orders, goods received notes, and stock movement forms.
• Uphold warehouse housekeeping standards, safety compliance, and proper storage practices.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Hands-on forklift operation experience (3-4 ton required; 10-ton preferred).
• Able to read and write in English for documentation and coordination with internal/external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory updates and basic reporting.
• Positive working attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Physically able to perform lifting, moving goods, and operating machinery.
• Work location: Saleng, Johor
• Working hours are from 8am to 5pm from Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
