We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment and employee engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR, you will support the day-to-day HR activities for our APAC office, as well as assist with various employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Main Responsibilities to include, but limited to:
- Support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, including pre-hire documentation, onboarding, off-boarding and maintenance of employee records.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including pre-screening CVs, coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and organise employee personnel files, ensuring HR documentation is accurately maintained and up to date in Workday.
- Support the coordination and planning of quarterly Fireside Chats with CAA Agents and Executives, working closely with International Assistants.
- Assist in planning and organising monthly Full Staff Meetings and office-wide activities.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including Staff Appreciation Day, team-building activities and other office events.
- Assist with general HR projects, process improvements and research on HR-related topics, including Singapore employment practices and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc HR and office-related activities as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge or some exposure to Singapore employment/labour laws and HR practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at different levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive and hands-on attitude.
- Must have the relevant right to work in Singapore, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months.
Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
