·About the role

Provide on-site technical support for buses and trucks, covering mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The role works closely with Engineering, Production, After-Sales, Principal Engineering Teams, and bodybuilders to resolve technical issues, improve product quality, and support product changes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and maintenance recommendations for buses and chassis
• Support bus body building, chassis compatibility, and quality improvements
• Conduct technical and body-building training for customers and bodybuilders
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely technical solutions
• Build strong customer relationships while identifying service and sales opportunities
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and After-Sales teams to address recurring technical and product issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements
• Provide customer training on proper bus operation and offer on-site technical support
• Travel extensively across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, depending on customer requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
