About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BI & Reporting Developer to join a global enterprise technology center. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain technical reports, data integration tools, and capacity management systems that ensure high performance and resource optimization across enterprise IT infrastructure.

Note: Seniority and project ownership scope will be determined based on the candidate's depth of experience. This role is a hybrid working arrangement, following EMEA working hours (3PM - 12AM MYT).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise reporting applications and tools to monitor infrastructure capacity and performance.
• Maintain, test, and enhance in-house analytical software and data pipelines across their full software lifecycle (SDLC).
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical guidance to internal business partners on reporting features and resource utilization insights.
• Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to integrate APIs, streamline data flows, and ensure high operational stability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in software applications and technical report development.
• Proficiency in open-source or enterprise reporting tools such as BIRT, Jaspersoft, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI or Tableau (willingness to work with BIRT is essential).

Core Technical Stack:

• Advanced SQL for complex database querying and data modeling.
• Hands-on programming in Java, Python, and API development/integration.
• Strong understanding of IT capacity planning, infrastructure performance metrics, or enterprise system tracking.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
