Location: Shah Alam

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and overall warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper handling and compliance with warehouse documentation processes and requirements.
• Verify all documents for accuracy and completeness prior to system data entry.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and with attention to detail.
• Report any discrepancies or errors in documents or processes to the superior promptly.
• Generate system transactions such as Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Delivery Note (DN), and other related documents based on supporting records.
• Update daily system activities for goods in transit and maintain proper document filing.
• Prepare and submit reports as required in a timely manner.
• Assist in month-end stock take activities, including physical inventory counts and reconciliation with system records.
• Support the preparation and submission of inventory reports to superiors and/or customers.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to drive forklift and double deep reach truck.
• Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage.
