任职资格

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 months of internship experience with us.
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Xiaohongshu (小红书) would be a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with potential clients through email, messages, calls, and meetings.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • No prior sales experience required — training and guidance will be provided.

岗位职责

Lead Generation & Business Outreach

  • Connect brands that could benefit from Xiaohongshu marketing and advertising with our solutions.
  • Research potential clients, industries, competitors, and their presence on Xiaohongshu.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and lead information in the company’s CRM/database.
  • Draft and follow up emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp messages, and other outreach to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients and assist in converting enquiries into business opportunities.
  • Introduce relevant Xiaohongshu marketing solutions, including account management, content marketing, KOL/KOC campaigns, seeding, and advertising.
  • Track lead generation activities, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress.
  • Work closely with the content and social team to ensure proposed Xiaohongshu strategies align with clients' objectives.
