As the Service Manager, Workplace Security Services, you will lead the delivery and continuous evolution of security services that protect our modern digital workplace. Job Responsibilities: 

Lead Workplace Security Excellence

• Be at the forefront of securing FrieslandCampina's global digital workplace.
• Drive world-class Workplace Security Services that enable thousands of employees worldwide to work safely, efficiently, and confidently every day.
• Lead secure and high-quality service delivery together with strategic partners and outsourced operations teams.
• Strengthen security governance, processes, and operational excellence across the workplace environment.
• Drive continuous improvements in security, standardization, automation, and service quality.
• Translate audit outcomes, assessments, and governance findings into meaningful actions and measurable results.
• Take ownership of security challenges from identification through resolution, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Introduce industry best practices and innovative approaches to continuously enhance our security posture.
• Manage and deliver security-related projects from concept to successful implementation.
• Connect teams, remove roadblocks, and drive collaboration to achieve impactful outcomes.

Build Strategic Partnerships

• Develop strong partnerships with Microsoft, Wipro, and other strategic vendors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Global IT teams, and security stakeholders.
• Drive service improvements that enhance security, reduce risk, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Align priorities across teams and maximize the impact of security investments and initiatives.

Shape the Future of the Digital Workplace

• Contribute to the digital workplace strategy by driving secure, user-focused, and high-performing services.
• Support business transformation by turning security requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Help ensure security is embedded in every aspect of the modern workplace experience.

Be a Security Ambassador

• Make security relevant, practical, and accessible for end users.
• Share insights, best practices, and service updates that strengthen security awareness.
• Present security roadmaps, improvements, and emerging trends to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Contribute expertise and lessons learned to the IT Security Board.
• Collaborate closely with Workplace Services teams, platform owners, and the CISO Office to drive a unified security vision.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT security, workplace security services, or infrastructure/security operations within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, security governance, risk management, audit, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, lead projects, and implement innovative security solutions that enhance service quality and user experience.
