FMM Institute, a subsidiary company of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturing, was established to provide industry-relevant skills training for the manufacturing and services sectors for the continuing development of the human capital. We offers a wide range of functional corporate training programmes to cater to the needs of the manufacturing and services sectors.

We are looking for a highly skilled and independent individual to be part of our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage FMM Institute programmes and activities including budget, plan and implement public, in-house and certificate programmes.
• Assist in developing FMM programmes and activities for members.
• Ensure membership recruitment is carried out to achieve membership target, undertake personal visitations to potential members and assist in carrying out activities to recruit new members and retain current members.
• Managing FMM services such as Certificate of Origin (CO) endorsement, sales of FMM publication, survey and any other FMM services and product.
• Updating circulars, events and programmes in the website.
• Preparing reports and feedbacks as and when required.
• Ensure compliance to ISO policies and procedures.
• Undertake special projects such as seminars, briefings and dialogues and to follow-up on FMM survey on manufacturing issues.
• Assist in the promotion of FMM Institute training programmes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experiences in training field. Fresh graduates with good analytical and problem solving skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Good English communication, customer service and time management skills.
• Well versed in computer skills (Microsoft Office / Canva).
