HR Executive (Full-Time)

Full-Time | Selayang, Selangor
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Handle payroll, benefits, and leave administration
• Maintain HR records, files, and internal documentation
• Support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Organize training sessions, HR events, and employee engagement activities
• Provide HR guidance and admin support to managers and employees
• Track and report HR metrics and employee data
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in a generalist HR or HR admin role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (SQL knowledge is a plus!)
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple HR admin tasks efficiently
• Disciplined, responsible, and fast learner
• Positive, proactive, and ready to contribute effectively
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
