Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related engineering discipline.

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification or other recognised QA/QC certification will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), construction quality control procedures, and engineering specifications.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction or infrastructure projects.

Experience in site inspections, material testing, quality documentation, non-conformance reporting (NCR), and quality compliance activities.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), construction specifications, QAQC documentation, and audit requirements.

Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Conduct site inspections and quality verification activities in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), project specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate material testing, workmanship inspections, and quality assessments with consultants, laboratories, and project stakeholders.

Verify construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and contractual requirements.

Prepare and maintain inspection records, quality reports, checklists, and QAQC documentation to ensure proper document control and traceability.

Assist in managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), corrective actions, and preventive measures to support continuous quality improvement.

Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with the Project Quality Management System (QMS), quality procedures, and project requirements.

Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate inspections, approvals, and quality-related activities.

Prepare quality status reports and provide technical support to the QAQC Manager in monitoring project quality performance.
