Salary & Benefits

Basic: RM2,000
Commission: Up to RM20 / job
Mileage Claim available for outstation technicians

Klang Valley technicians will be provided with a company vehicle and are not eligible for mileage claims.

Annual Leave: Up to 15 days based on service period

Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their locations.
• Diagnose product issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Carry out repair, maintenance and cleaning of products.
• Provide on-site technical support.
• Complete service jobs according to company procedures.
• Update service results accurately in the company's internal system.

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma / Degree and above
• 1–2 years of relevant technical experience
• Own car or motorcycle required
• Valid Malaysian Driving Licence
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned service areas.
• Vehicle must be legally registered, insured and properly maintained.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Important – GDL Requirement

Klang Valley technicians MUST have a valid GDL licence as they will be required to drive the company's van/lorry.

GDL = Goods Driving Licence, required for driving commercial goods vehicles.

Working Hours

5½ Working Days

Monday – Friday: 9AM – 6PM
Saturday: 9AM – 1PM

Training & Interview

• 3-month probation
• 1 week on-the-job training at Subang HQ
• For outstation employees:
• Transportation covered
• Accommodation covered
• Daily allowance: RM30

Interview:

• Klang Valley: Walk-in interview preferred
• Outstation: Online interview
