Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Representative role based in Petaling Jaya. The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, following up on leads, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. The role involves coordinating closely with event planners to understand service offerings, presenting them clearly to clients, and supporting negotiations under the guidance of senior sales staff. The Junior Sales Representative will also help with post-event follow-ups, gathering feedback, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage confidently with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, such as lead follow-up, relationship building, and handling client inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to respond to changing client needs and event requirements.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including experience with office productivity tools and an interest in learning CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, events, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, including occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
