About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in delivering excellent commercial service. This role plays a critical part in managing customer accounts, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing assigned customer accounts and day-to-day commercial coordination
• Prepare quotations and mini RFQs by liaising with overseas offices, pricing teams, and tariff tools
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and account data in compliance with internal and audit requirements
• Assist with customer onboarding, including credit application submissions (eCAF)
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on quotations to maximize conversion rates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs
• Identify recurring service issues and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes
• Update and maintain Customer SOPs to ensure compliance with validated procedures
• Prepare reports and support KAMs in business reviews, including follow-ups on action items

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

• Support company objectives related to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards
• Ensure daily activities align with sustainability and safety practices
• Contribute to reducing workplace incidents and environmental impact

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the superior
• Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and policies

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, sales support, or customer service
• Experience in handling quotations within a freight forwarding environment
• Familiarity with logistics systems (e.g., CargoWise) is an advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• freight forwarding, sales support, or customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
