Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum one year working experience in computer industry
- Own transport preferable and willing to travel outstation
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kedah & Johor
- Willing to travel within Malaysia & Overseas, posses own transport (motorcar)
- Posses initiative, drive, ability to work well independently, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Good time management with sense of urgency
- Preferable specializing in IT/Company – Software or equivalent
- Knowledge of Computer System & Network, Windows XP. Microsoft Access, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL will be an added advantage
- Adaptable to change
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user training, on-site implementation and standby
- Prepare user documentation / manual
- Respond and provide support for all application & system issues escalated from first level support
- To work closely with operational colleagues to perform application deployment
- Provide good customer service through application knowledge, handling enquiries and problem solving
- Ensure customer request, enquiry, feedback & complaints are logged and resolve on time
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
- Specialize in applications and to provide regular visits to existing customer
