The Role

The End User Support role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users, ensuring laptops, desktops, peripherals, applications and workplace technology remain reliable and operational.

This is a hands-on support role covering Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting, device setup and deployment, hardware and software support, basic network connectivity, user access and IT asset management. The role works closely with end users, internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently, support new joiners and maintain a smooth end-user technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 Tech support for end-users (Windows OS, applications, printers, scanners)
• Provide day-to-day Tech support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Perform hands-on setup, installation, relocation, and troubleshooting of Tech hardware, cabling, and related equipment
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN / WiFi / VPN / Email).
• Manage Tech asset inventory, tagging, and lifecycle tracking.
• Conduct software installation, updates, and annual license audits.
• Administer backups, user access, and basic security.
• Set up Tech systems for new joiners and manage user access (email / system accounts).
• Resolve and track Tech tickets within defined procedures and timelines.
• Support Tech projects, vendors, card access systems, and ad-hoc Tech operational tasks.

About You

• Diploma/Degree in Technology or related field.
• 2–4 years Tech operations or support experience.
• Strong Windows OS and end-user support skills.
• Basic networking, NAS, and backup knowledge.
• Experience in asset and license management.
• Relevant experience in Tech support, desktop support, or end-user computing environment
• Structured, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency and practical experience using AI tools on a regular basis in day-to-day life, with experience applying AI in a professional/work context considered an advantage.
