Position Overview

Technician-Assembly ensures that tested products meet company and customer quality specifications. There role also extends to that been assembled by Operations Division.

Essential Job Functions

1. To carry out objectives and instructions of the Operation Manager and the Management.

2. To keep tracking of hour taken for each task and to complete each task according to manpower planning.

3. To do assembly and final assembly work as per to production planning and as per to process control procedure.

4. To maintain working discipline and promote teamwork and cooperation.

5. To maintain high quality and quantity of production and maintain high morale among worker.

6. To carry out continuous improvement method in all process of the production developed by the Operations Manager.

7. To maintain safe, clean working condition and good working environments.

8. To have a caring attitude for equipment, tools and parts used during assembling of systems.

9. To have the idea on how to do cost reduction in all process, that is to reduce wastage.

10. To do all work or task delegated by the Operations Manager.

11. Always look for method on how to improve working methods. To give new ideas on continuous improvement to the higher authorities.

12. To fully participate and implement 5S programmed.

13. To adhere to company’s Quality Policy and Objectives.

14. To undertake and implement the requirements of company’s Quality System in prescribed documents.

15. To adhere to company ethics and working policies as long as he is employed by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
