• Onsite troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning products, diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions promptly
• Perform maintenance and support services as needed
• Handle customer inquiries / claims professionally and efficiently
• Prepare documents and system update after site visits (Certificates, Service report and etc.)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
