Key Responsibilities

Floor Operations: Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Guest Experience: Ensure clean dining/lounge areas, handle guest inquiries, and maintain a high level of hospitality throughout the shift.

Promotions & Sales: Actively promote upcoming events, party packages, table bookings, and food/beverage specials to current and prospective guests.

Audience Growth:

- Leverage personal networks, direct outreach, and social media channels to bring in new patrons and secure venue reservations.

- ⁠Team Collaboration: Work closely with bar staff, management, and security to maintain a safe, welcoming, and upbeat atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or night venue promotion is preferred.

- ⁠Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

- ⁠Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced setting.

- ⁠Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

- ⁠Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol in this area.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
