• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and clinical standards.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs and changes in their condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing documentation.
• Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment, medication, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of medical equipment.
• Participate in shift duties, ward activities, and other hospital-related responsibilities.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
