Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating facility improvement and civil engineering projects.
• Monitor contractors and site activities to ensure work meets requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and identify building, structural, drainage, road and pavement issues.
• Prepare project documents, quotations, reports and progress updates.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications and contractor proposals.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal departments.
• Assist in managing maintenance and upgrading works for warehouses, depots, offices and logistics facilities.
• Ensure works comply with safety requirements, local regulations and company standards.
• Support defect inspection, rectification and project handover.
• Maintain proper records of project documents, drawings and maintenance activities.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Project Engineer or related field.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to work on-site and support production operations.
