Here’s what we offer:
Position: Retail Management Trainee
Monthly Salary: Starting from RM4000 to RM4900++ (Including Incentives + Allowances)
Training Location: FamilyMart Klang Valley & Selangor's Region
Intake for: All region in Malaysia

As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in retail management. You will begin your journey as a Store Associate, learning the fundamentals of customer service, product knowledge, and store operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing to the role of Area Manager in training. This program offers hands-on experience, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must possess own car and a valid driving license.
• Leadership potential and a desire to grow and develop within the company.
• Able to work on rotating retail operation hour including weekend and public holiday.
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,050.00 - RM4,900.00 per month
